We specialize in patients recovering from a variety of surgeries, injuries, or illnesses who would benefit from a stay in a skilled nursing environment, providing 24/7 care and physical and occupational therapy to ensure a safe transition home.
While the reason for a stay with us varies, some conditions include:
- Joint replacements or other orthopedic surgeries (including amputations)
- Post-surgery care
- Cardiac and pulmonary diagnoses (CHF, COPD)
- Strokes and other circulatory issues
We offer two choices for short-term rehabilitation at the D’Youville Center for Advanced Therapy and at D’Youville Senior Care. Services are located in adjoining buildings on our 75-acre campus and feature the same services, staff, activities, and dining options. Our patient-centered approach ensures a comfortable stay for a rapid return to home.

Building amenities include an on-site Chapel, delicious meals provided by the D’Youville Dining team, and all rehab patients and their families have access to the Sisters of Charity of Ottawa Legacy Park located on our campus.

The D’Youville Center for Advanced Therapy (DCAT) is an award-winning CMS 5-Star rated facility on our 75-acre campus. Our bright, modern facility offers large patient rooms and a host of amenities. The building is located on our campus just up the hill from the main D’Youville Senior Care building.

Short-term rehabilitation is also offered in our
main campus building, Services include nursing care, physical and occupational therapy, provided by our Senior Care staff.
